I had searched the internet for months and months, trying to find a company who could make and ship stone bathroom basins to Australia that I would feel comfortable with and trust. I would like to commend Sunshine Stone for their wonderful communication and service to me, not to mention how happy I am with the basins!!

I had made 5 marble bathroom basins for my new home and Sunshine Stone were always quick to respond to my questions and make suggestions.  Every step of the way from my initial inquiry to the design, stone, and shipment to Australia I was kept updated and informed.  Photographs of the finished product were emailed prior to shipment to ensure my satisfaction with the product, and again photos of the basins in their packing ready for shipment. Follow up that I was satisfied on their arrival  was impressive.

I would recommend Sunshine Stone to any potential buyer of their products.  The fact that I was not a company, but only purchasing a single order, did not detract for the service I received from Sunshine Stone.  I designed different basins, and were extremely happy with what I have received.  They are just beautiful will be a real feature in the bathrooms of my new home.
